Shipping

We ship orders across India through our courier partners. Delivery time may vary depending on the product, location and courier service.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before processing or production begins. Once a customised or made-to-order product has entered production, cancellation may not be possible.

Returns & Replacement

Returns or replacements are accepted only for products that are damaged during transit, defective, or incorrectly delivered. Any issue must be reported within 72 hours of delivery with photographs and an unboxing video.

Customised Products

Customised, personalised and made-to-order products are generally not eligible for cancellation, return or refund due to change of mind or personal preference.

Product Variation

Slight variations in colour, texture, size or finish may occur due to the material, manufacturing process, photography or screen settings.

Payments

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Order Processing

CraftingBees reserves the right to cancel an order in case of product unavailability, incorrect pricing, payment issues or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, an applicable refund will be processed.
